Recent Changes to our appointment system
We have recently changed the process of booking a routine GP appointment.
All requests for a routine GP appointment will need to be submitted through our online portal AccurX between 7:00am – 10:00am. No log in details are required. Please call if you do not have internet access between 8am -10am or attend the surgery to complete the form.
Somebody will then review your request and respond within 48 hours. If appropriate, you may be signposted to another health service.
We hope this will reduce waiting times on the phone, be more accessible for patients who cannot phone at 10am and ensure that you are being seen by the most appropriate health care professional. For a step by step guide on how to submit a request click here.
On the day appointments for urgent medical concerns remain available by ringing between 8am-10am and 2pm and 4pm.
