The Practice Phone System 
 
We are aware that patients and carers are experiencing difficulty accessing the practice on the phone during the pandemic. This is because our current phone system was never designed to allow us to consult with all of our patients over the phone first.  
 
We are taking a number of steps to try and help: 
 
1. We have increased the number of appointments which are available to book online; 
 
2. We are actively looking in to upgrading the current phone system and hope to have a further announcement on this soon. 
 
In the meantime please accept our apologies for any invonvenience caused.  
 
Please be mindful that our Patient Services Team are doing their very best to help everyone who calls the practice and it is not their fault that the phone system was not designed with the pressures of a pandemic in mind.
