What are the Practice's opening hours?
Monday 0800-1830
Tuesday 0800-1830
Wednesday 0800-1830
Thursday 0800-1830
Friday 0800-1830
The telephone lines are open between 0800-18:30 Monday - Friday
The surgery is closed from 18.30 Friday until 08.00 Monday.
Outside of these hours please call 111 or visit one of the local Urgent Care Centres (e.g. Leicester Royal Infirmary, Loughborough Walk-In Centre) should you required help that cannot wait until the surgery reopens. In an emergency, you should always call 999.
Core Hour Services including the premises opening times as stated are provided by the practice between 0800 and 1830 Monday to Friday.

There is a small fee for car parking on the premises, charges are as follows:

Is there disabled access at the practice?
The new Health Centre is fully DDA compliant, features include:
Full wheelchair access
Lifts to other floors
A wheelchair which is available for patients on arrival
A hearing loop system is available in reception
